The University of Queensland’s Annual Gala ball cocktail event was styled in an Enchanted Forest theme. Designed with space in mind to accommodate the 800 strong attendees, our team started with dressing the dry bars in Willow Pintuck tablecloths, tied off with ivy leaves and adorned with moss rabbits, moss rocks and clear tealight votive detailing. Wood rounds, forest florals and foliage complimented and elevated the moss rocks and clean base, whilst the ceiling decor consisted of a full fairy light canopy across the two rooms which were draped in ivy vines for that extra forest touch for the evening’s gala event. Hanging glass globes filled with moss and candlelight dressed the more intimate areas of the venue providing ambiance and theme throughout the space.
