Set in a beautiful private residence in Toowong along the Brisbane Riverside, this family Christmas Carols by candlelight had all the nostalgic touches of Christmas’ past. Each guest was given a custom crafted wooden basket lined with red tartan, filled with Christmas goodies, such as candy canes, the traditional tapered candle in a cup for the carols at night along with a custom designed Christmas Carol book, carefully designed and put together by our in-house Graphics team. White ink on kraft card, beautifully encased the lyrics to traditional Christmas Carols, with golden and red detailing inside, all tied together with a rich Garnet red satin bow. Guests were greeted by our onsite event coordinators dressed in theme of Elves to capture the magic of Christmas for young and old. A beautifully adorned drinks bar was styled to perfection with a deep red and burgundy arrangement designed by our in-house floral team, complimented by red and gold tealight votives, custom drinks menu designed to match our carefully designed Christmas Carols books, all finished off with the rustic elements of pinecones. Guests were treated to a wide selection of wood-fired pizzas and delicious ice creams all prepared on-site, with fantastic food trucks, all accompanied by custom designed signage to keep the flow of the event style consistent and personal. The Carols by Candlelight scene was set with a stage and cathedral style backdrop and ornately decorated Christmas Tree brought to life with uplighting and Snowflake patterns across the stage, all beautifully framing the mini grand piano. Not even the Brisbane Summer storms could dampen the moods of guests when festivities were moved away from the seasonally decorated stage and indoors.
